Join us for the 3rd Installment in our Wine Pairing Dinner Series as we journey to France!
Chef Taylor has crafted a quintessentially french 5-course menu inspired by the popular regions in France, reminiscent of days in Burgundy, Alsace, and Laguiole. Sommerlier Lori Kilmartin will be on hand to guide everyone through the one of the finest wine styles in the world for an evening of decadence and sophistication.
Beef Consomme Paired with a Gassier Sables d'Azur Rose
Cheese trio (brie, camembert, and roquefort) on a crostini topped with saucission and sliced pear.
Paired with a 2014 Laurent Miquel Nord Sud Viognier
Coq Au Vin with braised vegetables
Paired with an Albert Bichot Bourgogne Pinot Noir
Braised pork loin with pearl onion and grape sauce, served with potato gratin
Paired wtih a Domaine Bell Les Pierrelles Crozes-Hermitage
Served with your choice of coffee or tea
6:30 arrival time – 1st course served at 7pm
Wine servings are 2oz each.
This event is non-refundable. You are welcome to re-sell your ticket to others independently in the event you cannot make it. If the event is cancelled by Lock 17, tickets will be refunded.
